Risk upon delivery:
If Bastla sends the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods only passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer who is different from the carrier. (KschG §7b)

Warranty conditions:
The warranty is in accordance with the statutory provisions, i.e. 24 months from receipt of the goods.
